Breeze - Exchange 365 Integration Guide

Integrating an Exchange 365 account with Breeze enables the Breeze system to automatically retrieve event data from all calendars the account has access to.  Event data is updated by the system every 15 minutes and future event data is stored in case of a temporary loss of network connectivity.

Integrate Exchange 365 Account with Breeze
  1. In the Breeze Configuration tool, select Event Providers in the Categories panel.


  2. Select Microsoft Office 365 Exchange in the Event Providers panel.  Then, select the New credentials button.


  3. Enter the Exchange 365 email account address in the Username(Email) field.  Select the SAVE button.  The email is added to the Event Providers tree under the Microsoft Office 365 Exchange group.


  4. Select the icon for the new email to access the Authorize Keywest Technology App Integration For Microsoft Graph and Retrieve Calendars button.


  5. A new Microsoft login browser window opens to obtain authorization for the email account.


  6. After authorization is successful, the user is returned to the default General Options category in the Configuration tool.  Select the Event Providers category to verify this email account is authorized.


To display event data retrieved from the calendars, a playlist containing a SignWave or Readerboard widget should be assigned to the player.


In the Players tool, a calendar is selected for the player in the corresponding widget tab: Widget: Signwave Options or Widget: Readerboard Options.
