  1. Breeze is a cloud based software, which means it only needs an internet connection and Google Chrome to work with.
  2. There are three main sections to utilize: Editor, Scheduler, and Players.
  3. Widgets are mini-applications that are dynamic content sections and offer a lot of customization.
  4. Playlists must be added to a schedule or be published directly to a player in order to be shown on a player.
  5. Players must be updated each time changes are made in order to reflect the changes.
  6. There are two different sections within the editor: files and widgets. Files are anything uploaded to Breeze, like images, videos, audio, and PDFs. Widgets are mini applications that offer a lot of dynamic content customization, like the weather, news, and even RSS feeds.
  7. Zones, the containers where our media lives on our canvas, are able to be layered, and selected to show specific media at specific times. Additionally, we can schedule individual media for specific times or dates.
  8. Utilizing schedule techniques, we can automate and streamline which days and times specific playlists are shown on our player.
  9. When you are connected to your player, it will show a green indicator next to the player name on the players tab. When you are not connected to your player, it will show a red indicator.

Breeze is a cloud based software that allows you to completely customize content into playlists that are then shown on your player. Within Breeze, you can use the editor, scheduler, and view information about your player. The editor offers a wide variety of file type uploads as well as widgets to create and show dynamic content. The scheduler allows for the possibility of multiple different playlists to be scheduled for different days or times. The players gives a bird's eye view of players on a server, and offers the ability to troubleshoot if needed.
