End-of-Life: Enabling & Disabling Passive Transfer Protocol
Passive transfer protocol is recommended unless a firewall or proxy server requires FTP transfers via an active protocol:
1. Open the MediaZone Pro Editor software.
2. Select the File menu.
3. In the lower right corner, select the Options button.
4. Select Advanced from the left menu in the Options window.
5. To enable, add a check in the Use passive transfer protocol mode (recommended) checkbox.
6. To disable, uncheck the Use passive transfer protocol mode (recommended) box.
7. Select OK.
