End-of-Life for MediaZone Pro


While MediaZone Pro has been a reliable family of successful products over the years, the MediaZone Pro system was replaced by Breeze Digital Signage on January 1, 2019.

Your MediaZonePro system may continue to function without issue, but we are no longer offering technical support or software renewals on the MediaZone Pro product line, including player repairs and replacements.

We understand that this may be unwelcome news for you and your organization.

Our new cloud-based Breeze system is easy to learn, easy to use and is accessible from any computer with a browser.  For more information or a demo of Breeze, please email sales@keywesttechnology.com.




Troubleshoot the Player Serial Number

The MediaZone Pro Player license is sensitive to changes in its network adapters, more specifically when a MAC address is added or removed. This includes:
  1. hardware changes, such as new adapter cards
  2. disabling adapters
  3. virtual network adapters
When the MediaZone Pro Player detects a change in networking hardware, the MediaZone Pro Authorization window opens to acquire an updated serial number for the player.


New serial numbers are no longer being generated since the MediaZone Pro product line has retired.  However, the player will begin to function normally again if the modified adapters are returned to their previous state.
