End-of-Life: HD Component or HDMI Capture Option for MediaZone Pro

This  option  uses  the  Blackmagic  Design  Intensity  Pro  card.    The  card  is  installed  in  a  rack  mount  unit  expansion  slot  and  comes  with  the  breakout cable  shown  in  the  drawing.    Using  this  device  in  your  MediaZone  Pro  allows  for  720p  or  1080i  HD  Capture.    We  recommend  using  720p  59.94  Hz  capture  to  maintain  progressive  scan  for  the  most  pristine  player  output.  The  player  is  setup  and  configured  for  720p  59.94  Hz  before  it  is shipped  out  from  the  factory.  

 

The  HDMI  input  option  directly  into  our  player  will  only  support  unencrypted  HDMI  video.    The  HDMI  to  Component  converter  is  full  HD  and it  accepts  an  encrypted  input.  

 

HDMI  audio  is  not  passed  through  the  HDMI  output  back  of  the  player.    If  HDMI  audio  and  video  is  needed,  you  will  need  to  use  the  DVI  &  R/L Stereo  Audio  to  HDMI  Converter.    This  converter  combines  the  DVI  output  and  green  line  out  from  the  back  of  the  player  to  an  HDMI  audio  and  video  format.
