After installing MediaZone Pro Editor as an administrator, you may receive the following error message when trying to run the editor software as a local user.
"Error: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."
In some cases, it will seem that the program will want to try to install again. The problem is that the original shortcut is pointing to a location that is not available when not logged in as an administrator.
Steps to resolve the error message:
1. From the computer with MediaZone Pro Editor installed, browse to C:\Program files (x86)\Keywest Technology\MediaZone Editor Pro.
2. Locate the MediaZone Pro Editor executable file.
3. Double-click the MediaZone Pro Editor executable file.
If the program opens, you will want to create a new desktop shortcut and replace the original shortcut that was created during installation.
Steps to create a new desktop shortcut:
1. Right-click the MediaZone Pro Editor executable file.
2. Select Send to.
3. Select Desktop (create shortcut).
