Using Players + Player Troubleshooting

Using Players + Player Troubleshooting

Basic Function

Players contains just that- our players, or digital signs. To add your schedule to your player, simply click on your player, choose the correct schedule, then click “update player”. Update player must be clicked each time to ensure that the change is processed.

Player Troubleshooting

When connected to your player, it will show a green indicator. If a player has a red indicator, this can mean two things. Either your Breeze software is not currently running on your device, or the player is not receiving a good network connection. The player will not respond to these troubleshooting commands sent through the Breese server when it is red. We recommend checking your network connection, determining if your software is running on your player, and then power cycle -unplug and plug back in- your player.
