Preferred File Types


Within your Breeze software, there are specific file types that work best within the editor. While there are options for many different formats, see below for details on each file type.

Video Files

Video files offer a wide variety of formats. The most commonly utilized are MP4, MOV, and WMV, but Breeze accepts all file types listed. If a file type is not compatible, or is giving an error, follow the steps here: Converting a Video to a Recommended Format.

Image Files


Image files are also offered in a wide variety of formats. The most commonly used are JPEG and PNG. For a high quality image, we recommend utilizing a high-resolution PNG.

Audio Files

Audio files are more limited with formatting, but the most common file types are MP3 and WAV. We recommend WAV files, as they are a larger file and tend to have a better audio quality.

Other Files


Document files are very specific in using Breeze software. At this time, Breeze only accepts PDFs as documents within the files tab of the editor. However, CSV files can be uploaded within the CSV File Uploaderr  within the toolbar. Convert a Document file to a PDF.
